Do I still need a lawyer?

Divorce Tutor was built by a NH family law attorney, but the site does not offer case specific legal advice. We give you the tools to prepare court-ready paperwork, and we recommend you have a lawyer review it before it is filed.

My spouse filed for divorce. Can Divorce Tutor help me?

Yes. Divorce Tutor has forms whether you are starting a case or responding to one. You’ll understand which forms you need, the order they are filed in, and how to prepare for what comes next.

Why not just use a free AI tool?

A chatbot sounds easy, but they make mistakes. A general AI tool can cite court cases that don’t exist, doesn’t know New Hampshire’s rules, and what you type can feed a public AI. Divorce Tutor’s guidance was written by a NH family law attorney, is built for New Hampshire courts, and stays in your private account.

Aren’t these forms free on the court website?
